"...think of the impact this new intuitive technology can have on businesses"

Let’s face it. Time is something we could all use a little more of.

And no one wants to waste it, constantly streaming the massive content of the web in a desperate effort to stay connected.

In this day and age of “Information Overload” web content is growing so fast, it’s easy to feel a bit overwhelmed by the hundreds of thousands of posts, tweets, status updates, and headlines coming to us from all angles, rivaling for our attention. Yet day in and day out, we sift through all the nonsense because the last thing we want is to feel like we are missing out on something important… Am I right?

Well, thank goodness for all those innovators out there working to make our lives easier and more efficient

I recently came across an interesting new technology that sounds ridiculously cool. It’s an iPhone app called My6sense- a tool that uses advanced forms of prediction to prophesize the content you would like to see, based on what the app knows about you and the past choices you’ve made. It’s pretty much effortless. All you have to do is use the app. The more you use it, the better it intuits the content you would like to see. With its artificial intelligence, this app keeps you connected to any Social Network (think Facebook, Twitter), as well as various other streams you may be connected to. The fun part comes after the first couple days of using it. Once it gets the hang of who you are, you’ll find that it starts to pick up and present you with headlines, articles, tweets of your favorite people and more. You will no doubt find its choices surprisingly accurate and interesting, if not entertaining- content that you are likely to have picked out for yourself.

And while this app may seem like a cool game to us, it’s fascinating to think of the impact this new intuitive technology can have on businesses.

People are now using their status updates and tweets to announce their intentions to act/buy/play/plan/ [insert verb here] on the web. How amazing would it be if businesses utilized this predictive technology to filter, find, and form direct relationships with their most important customers, followers, and relevant/emerging target markets? Could it potentially have an impact in the way business is being done on the web?

Tell us what you think about the trend of digital intuition! Does it have potential in the business world, or is it a joke?

Look for it on iPhone apps and check it out! Or go to the website at my6sense.com and see what others have to say about it. Have fun with the magic of digital intuition and let us know how it works for you!
